Teaching
I have worked with students at the high school, bachelor, master, and executive levels, and my approach is always the same: experiential, engaged, and dialogical. Teaching, for me, feels less like instruction and more like exchange—I often learn more from my students than they could ever learn from me. Inspired by Theory U, I emphasize curiosity, creativity, and compassion as the foundation for navigating complexity with openness and care. I invite students as co-designers and change agents into real-world contexts—such as mountain communities—where they might build trails, gather social network data, or co-facilitate outdoor experiences. These activities turn abstract concepts into lived practice, fostering transformation and deeper connection to place.
